How much does CityMapt cost?

How long before I’m up and running?

The timeline from consultation to installation depends on many factors. Contact us today to speak with us about the scope of your project and start your quote.

What kind of training is provided?

On-site training is provided to all users. We’ll work with you on scheduling. We can accommodate training by shift, by day, and by group.

Can I create/edit my own pre-plans?

Yes! CityMapt comes with the ability to add pre-plans to an internal database, along with attached documents and photos. In addition, seamless integration of SiteMapt is included.

Can I add photos/documents to my pre-plans?

Yes! You can attach photos and documents to your pre-plans stored in CityMapt. Likewise, an existing SiteMapt installation can be linked to a pre-plan.

Will all other local/state/national CityMapt users be able to see my data?

No. You can choose which information to share and with whom. Data sharing agreements are individually determined and negotiated between government agencies. The only CityMapt users that will see your data are the agencies with which your organization has such an agreement in place.

What if I have data that I don’t want to share?

Some data may be governed by privacy laws or have safety constraints. In these cases, even when a data sharing agreement is in effect, these specific types of data will not be shared via CityMapt. The level of control is up to you.

You can select which data to share and designate some data to only be available to your department.

What do I need to run CityMapt?

We will consult with your organization regarding hardware requirements. Through our corporate partnerships with computer equipment manufacturers and software companies, we will work with you to arrive at a complete package of hardware and software that meets your needs.

Recommended system requirements:

  • Windows 10 
  • Intel Core-i3 
  • 4 GB RAM 
  • 5-10 GB disk space 
  • Adobe Reader DC (or similar modern PDF viewer) 
  • FHD (1920×1080) screen resolution or better 
Do I need to have an Internet connection to use CityMapt?

No. In an emergency, communications is often the first casualty. Therefore we have designed CityMapt to function with its own local data and mapping tools and do not require an Internet connection for basic operations. For other functions such as software updates, database updates/sharing, etc., an Internet connection is required.

What happens if my computer dies?

CityMapt’s data is cloud synced, making it simple to reinstall the application and redownload your data after you have replaced your hardware. 

How do I get updates?

CityMapt automatically checks for software and data updates according to a pre-determined schedule. If updates are found, they may be applied at your discretion and convenience.
